The short version

  • Your chauffeur handles the doors, the luggage and the route — you just travel.
  • Discretion is standard: calls and conversations in the car stay in the car.
  • Child seats, extra stops and specific vehicles are arranged when you book, not on the day.

Before the ride

You receive the vehicle details and the chauffeur's contact ahead of pickup. On airport work, flight tracking is already running. For an office or hotel pickup the chauffeur arrives a few minutes early and waits — you are not paying for the buffer on a flat-rate transfer.

The greeting and the luggage

A professional chauffeur is out of the vehicle before you reach it, opens the rear door and loads your bags. At an airport, meet-and-greet means waiting inside with a name board and escorting you out for $25. Nothing about luggage is your job unless you prefer to handle it.

Discretion in the car

Assume the car is a private office. Chauffeurs do not join conversations, repeat what they hear or ask about your business, and they will not discuss other clients with you either. Take your call, work, or say nothing at all — all three are normal.

What to arrange in advance

  • Child or booster seats, with the child's age and weight
  • A specific vehicle class for a client-facing pickup
  • Additional stops, so the right structure is quoted
  • Bottled water, a phone charger or a particular temperature
  • Accessibility needs and assistance to the door

What passengers usually ask

  • Should I sit in the back? Yes, unless you prefer the front — the rear right seat is the traditional place.
  • Do I tip? Flat-rate quotes already include gratuity; hourly bookings are typically tipped 15–20%.
  • Can I eat in the car? Drinks yes, hot food ideally not.
  • Can the chauffeur wait while I run in? Yes — that is what hourly and short waits are for.
