- How much does a car service cost?
- Airport and point-to-point trips are quoted as flat, all-inclusive rates — tolls, parking and gratuity included, no surge pricing. Hourly charters start at $95/hour for a luxury sedan, $125/hour for a Suburban and $140/hour for an Escalade, with a three-hour minimum. You see the full price before you confirm.
- How does airport pickup work?
- Send us your flight number when you reserve. We track the flight in real time and dispatch your chauffeur to match the actual landing time. For domestic arrivals your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name board; for international arrivals, just outside customs. Curbside pickup is available on request if you prefer to be collected at the terminal door.
- How much wait time is included?
- Sixty minutes of complimentary wait time after landing on all airport pickups, and fifteen minutes on every other pickup. Beyond that, waiting is billed in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate — and we always call or text before any waiting charge begins.
- What happens if my driver is late?
- Your chauffeur is scheduled to arrive fifteen minutes before pickup, and live dispatch monitors every reservation. If a vehicle is running behind, we notify you immediately with the driver's live ETA and, when it's faster, send the nearest backup vehicle. If we cause you to miss a scheduled departure, we make it right — that's our on-time guarantee.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Same-day reservations are usually accommodated, but 24 hours notice guarantees your preferred vehicle class — especially for SUVs and the Sprinter.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- We track your flight number in real time and shift your pickup automatically. You are never charged for airline delays.
- Do you serve New Jersey and Connecticut?
- We operate throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, including all NYC boroughs and every regional airport.
- Can I book a corporate account?
- Yes. We offer centralised billing, priority dispatch and monthly invoicing for firms with recurring travel.
