When you request a reservation, we collect the contact, trip and vehicle details you provide so we can quote, arrange and support your ride.

Advertising measurement

With your permission where required, we use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure visits, phone contacts and successful reservation requests. This helps us understand which advertisement and landing page led to a request and improve our advertising. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, pickup address or destination with these measurement events.

Your choices

In regions requiring advertising consent, these tags remain off until you accept. Rejecting does not prevent you from browsing or requesting a reservation. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time below. A new choice applies to future activity and does not replay previously blocked events.

How we use and share information

We use reservation information to provide service, communicate with you, process payments and maintain business records. We share it only with providers needed to deliver those functions, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
