Flight delayed or early? How airport pickups really work
Flight tracking, complimentary wait time, early landings and what happens when a flight is cancelled.

The short version
- We track your flight, so the pickup time follows the aircraft — not the schedule you booked.
- 60 minutes of complimentary wait time starts when you land.
- You are never charged for an airline delay.
Tracking, not guessing
As soon as you give us an airline and flight number, dispatch tracks the aircraft in real time. If the flight leaves late or gets held on approach, your chauffeur's assignment moves with it automatically. There is nothing for you to update and no cancellation fee for a delay caused by the airline.
When you land early
Early landings are handled the same way: tracking sees the touchdown and the chauffeur is repositioned. On a significantly early arrival there can be a short wait while the vehicle comes from the holding lot — text us when you have your bags and we will tell you exactly how many minutes.
The complimentary hour
Airport arrivals include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the moment you land. That covers a normal walk through immigration and bag claim at JFK or Newark, and comfortably covers a domestic arrival at LaGuardia.
Beyond that hour, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate, and we always call or text before any wait charge begins. Nothing starts silently.
Cancellations and missed connections
- Flight cancelled — call (929) 240-6425 and we move the reservation to your new flight, including a next-day arrival.
- Missed connection — send the new flight number and dispatch re-tracks it; the vehicle class stays the same.
- Diverted to another airport — we quote the ride from wherever you actually land, including Newark, Teterboro, Westchester and Republic.
What helps most
Two things make a delayed arrival effortless: a flight number on the reservation, and a mobile number you will answer when the aircraft door opens. With both, you walk out and the car is there.
