How a one-way airport fare is built

A point-to-point or airport fare starts at the minimum fare for the vehicle class you choose. That minimum covers the first mile, and every additional mile is charged at that class's per-mile rate. You see the whole figure before you confirm, and it does not move afterwards.

• Luxury Sedan — $95 minimum, $3.50 per mile
• Cadillac XT6 — $110 minimum, $4 per mile
• Chevrolet Suburban — $125 minimum, $5 per mile
• GMC Yukon — $125 minimum, $5 per mile
• Cadillac Escalade ESV — $150 minimum, $7 per mile
• Mercedes-Benz S-Class — $150 minimum, $7 per mile

Tolls and the congestion crossing

Tolls are not a surprise line at the end. A $7.46 toll is applied automatically when your route uses a tolled Manhattan or Bronx crossing, and a $20 toll is applied automatically when the trip crosses between New York and New Jersey — which covers most Newark and Teterboro runs from the city.

Optional add-ons

• Meet-and-greet inside the terminal with a name board — $25
• Airport or venue parking when the chauffeur parks and waits — $15
• Extra waiting beyond the complimentary hour — billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate

Hourly instead of one-way

If you need the car to stay with you — multiple stops, a meeting in between, a return leg the same day — hourly is usually cheaper than several one-way fares. Hourly charter starts at $99 an hour for a Luxury Sedan or Cadillac XT6 with a three-hour minimum, rising by vehicle class to $150 an hour for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Gratuity

Flat-rate airport and point-to-point quotes include tolls, standard parking and gratuity unless your reservation says otherwise. On hourly charters gratuity is added by the client at the end of the trip; 15–20% of the bill is customary in New York.
